First, there is the updated version of the 1350cc LC8 V-twin engine that does duty on the 1390 Super Duke R EVO. While KTM hasn’t revealed specs, the unit is likely to offer 187bhp and 145Nm. The Austrian brand has added a centrally mounted ram air intake, a wider radiator and a redesigned airbox along with a new design. The styling is much in line with the other 1390 models and is sharper and more radical than before.

Well, not only has KTM decided to move the GT towards a sportier offering but has backed it with a revised gearing ratio. Even the new chassis is stiffer and more agile than the previous model and it comes with the newest WP Apex semi-active suspension. And to make the Super Duke GT more comfortable during long hours in the saddle, KTM has fiddled with the Comfort Mode settings and tweaked the riding position too. That said, there is now adaptive cruise control, a new Supermoto+ mode and Sport ABS settings. The TPMS gets a track setting and there are revised rider modes with a new Custom mode along with the new 8.8-inch touchscreen TFT screen.
