A sturdy, everyday boot is more a need than a want, especially if you plan on riding regularly. Here, the Richa Andorra WP boots seems to fit the bill.

I’ll get right into it. The Richa Andorra WP is one of the most comfortable riding shoes I’ve worn. And I can wear them every day! Well, to begin with, the Andorra looks like a regular shoe – a kind of sturdy work boot even. If that’s your style, you’d love these.

But even if you don’t fancy their rugged persona, one has to appreciate the comfiness once you get your feet in. Before we get into that, let me tell you what the exterior is all about. The shoes are made up of a Aquashell membrane that keeps you dry without sacrificing breathability. It also has an integrated gear-shift pad, which gives it a little extra durability where you need it most. Reflective inserts? Yes, please – stay seen, stay safe!

Then you get a combination of laces with a YKK side zipper for better security and convenience while putting the shoes on. And no worries about the laces flapping around, thanks to the handy elastic band that keeps them securely in place. There is ample grip from the rubber outsole with patterns that almost resemble trekking boots.

What I liked most was the cushioning inside the Richa Andorra WP boots. While the EVA-cushioned midsole is decent, the soft padding inside offers a plush feel. Oh, and let’s not forget protection. The shoes come with reinforced toes and heels, while the ankle inserts get D30.

They seem perfect for everyday commutes and weekend adventures, so that’s where we’ll be testing them!
