Kawasaki New Zealand has announced a $1000 discount on its Triumph Street Triple R-rivalling streetfighter, the Z900.
The motorcycle originally retails at $15,999 and would be at a deal for a limited time only. Interested customers can visit your nearest Kawasaki dealership for more details. That said, only the MY24 Z900 is on offer, which would mean limited stock too. With the offer, Kawasaki is paving the way for the 2025 Z900 which comes with a sharper design, cornering traction control, cruise control etc.
Powering the Z900 is a 948cc, inline-four engine that has a healthy 123bhp to offer at 9500rpm and 98.6Nm of torque at 7700rpm. Using a steel trellis frame, the Z900 is suspended by upside-down forks and a monoshock. Meanwhile, braking is done by twin discs for the front and a single disc at the rear.
As for competition, it goes up against the Suzuki GSX-8S and the Triumph Street Triple R.
