2025 Kawasaki Z900

The 2025 Kawasaki Z900 comes with an updated 948cc inline-four engine. This churns out 123bhp, like before, but the low-end torque has been bumped up and tuned to come in from 1500rpm. All of this is the result of new throttle valves, updated camshafts, and a retuned ECU.

That last bit of tech has opened the doors to the Z900 getting a cruise control as standard, traction control and multiple ride modes. It also comes with turn-by-turn navigation and a new five-inch TFT screen. Moreover, the unit is Bluetooth-enabled and can be operated through the Kawasaki Rideology app.

As for components, the 2025 Z900 is now adorned with superior, four-piston radially mounted calipers at the front and Dunlop Sportmax Q5A rubber. Even the design has been retouched to keep it inline with the rest of the ‘Z’ range. So now, the Z900 features the updated Sugomi design with an even sharper headlamp unit, refreshed panels and a sleek rear section with a fresh LED tail light design. Kawasaki is offering the 2025 Z900 with two seat options- 830mm and a lower, 810mm.

We expect the Japanese brand to bring the motorcycle to Australia and New Zealand early next year.
