- Royal Enfield Flying Flea S6 shown
- Gets scrambler styling
- Expected to be launched in 2027
Royal Enfield recently unveiled the Flying Flea C6- its first-ever electric motorcycle at the 2024 EICMA in Italy. Along with it, the Indian manufacturer also teased another electric model called the Flying Flea S6.
The picture that Royal Enfield showed reveals that the S6 is a scrambler-styled motorcycle and will be based on the Flying Flea C6. However, this model features knobby tyres, spoke wheels and a flat, single-piece seat. Making it more of a scrambler, the S6 gets a high-set front fender, straighter handlebars and seemingly higher ground clearance.
While Royal Enfield hasn’t divulged details, the Flying Flea S6 can be seen with a chain drive. That said, the battery or range specifications are yet to be known. As for features though, we can expect it to come with the same list as the Flying Flea C6 that gets cornering ABS, traction control and a full-colour TFT screen.
Royal Enfield has said that the S6 will be launched in 2027- a year after the C6 that is due in 2026. Nonetheless, this news seems interesting as it involves another big manufacturer dipping its toes in the electric segment.
