- Triumph TF 250-E and TF 450-E unveiled
- Use a 449cc and 249cc engine, respectively
- Could be introduced in NZ and Australia soon
Triumph Motorcycles have unveiled two new road-legal enduro bikes, the TF 250-E and the TF 450-E for global markets. The Hinckley brand says that the bikes will make their way to dealers by May 2025, and we expect it to be launched in Australia and New Zealand soon after.

Now, the TF 250-E and TF 450-E have been developed from scratch with world championship-winning Ivan Cervantes and Paul Edmondson. The bigger bike uses a liquid-cooled 449cc, engine with Diamond-Like Carbon coatings on the gudgeon pin and rockers for extra durability. Meanwhile, the TF 250-E uses a 249cc engine that revs to 12,800rpm with its lightweight aluminum piston and titanium valves and offers 41.7bhp and 27.7Nm. Both bikes also have an extra gear compared to their MX counterparts.
And apart from the engine, the two bikes share the same spec. They come with an Athena engine management system that offers dual engine maps that can be switched off at the touch of a button with more maps via the optional Wi-Fi module and Triumph MX Tune Pro app. That said, traction control, launch control and a quickshifter come in as standard.

Suspension duties are handled by fully-adjustable KYB components. The front has 48mm forks with 300mm of travel while the rear shock offers 313mm. You also get a digital display with real time data like engine temp, trip information and gear position as well as LED lighting, 8.3-litre fuel tank and D.I.D DirtStar 7000 rims with Michelin Enduro Medium Two rubber.
Triumph is offering the bikes for pre-order now along with a list of extras like graphic kits and an Akrapovic exhaust.
